The villain takes the opportunity to steal the Ultra Belt from her waist as she struggles. He spanks her as punishment and then ties her wrists and ankles before carrying her to a car. Ultra Girl struggles valiantly in the back of the moving vehicle but keeps sliding around and can't escape! This leads to her being tied to train tracks with her belt just out of reach. Will she free herself before the train comes?
